Frequently Asked Questions

1. WHO KEEPS COPYRIGHT TO THE IMAGES?

As the photographer, I keep the copyright of all the images. You will receive a print release which allows you to print images for personal use. You may also share your picture with friends and family and they'll be able to also download and print.

3. What are my payment options?

We have a few plan options designed to help you with the cost of your wedding. If you need a little more time to pay, we can work with you. We know getting married can be expensive. Here are our payment options:


A) Full payment - Pay 100% upfront. With this options we offer a FREE digital slide show of your Wedding day. 

B) 2 Easy payments - Pay the required booking fee and the rest will be due 30 days prior to your wedding day.

C) Buy now, pay later - Your invoice will have payment options where you'll be able to set a payment plan.   

2. Can we meet before the session?

Of course. We will be in touch several times before the event, either though phone calls, video calls, or in person and if you have any questions at anytime please feel free to reach out, I will make myself available as soon as I can to answer your questions.

4. How long till I receive the final photos?

All of your photos will be professionally edited and uploaded to your own online gallery ready to print, share and download. Depending on the length of coverage your picture will be delivered between 2 & 3 weeks after your Event.

5. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, We offer Destination Packages as well, we'd love to be a part of your wedding no matter what place you choose for such a memorable day.

With the raising cost of labor, materials and gas, we need to add a small fee to cover this cost in some cases but we also offer Destination weddings around the world. Contact us now with your Wedding details and we'll customize a quote for you.

7. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, Some of our packages offer a 1h included timeline consultation.We can help building your timeline. We have worked in many weddings over the years and we can give you guidance on things like best times and locations for pictures, lengths of every part of your timeline.

6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If your wedding needs to be cancelled for a genuine reason such as natural disaster we'll refund the full downpayment amount.

However, if you just want to cancel your event there will be a $400 cancellation fee.

If you need to re-schedule your event, as long as we get at least 4 weeks notice there will not be any additional charges.

8. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, digital prints are include in all of our packages through our online gallery.

Some of our packages include a wedding album and we also work with a great quality online store where you can order prints, and other types or framed art. The online store is already included into the online gallery where you'll receive your images.
